Fitness background: I have been a competitive cheerleader since I was 5, a gymnast since elementary school and now I work out 4-5 times a week training cardio mostly and light weights

Fun fact: I'm Filipino and Italian!

Favorite cheat meal: Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Fitness background: I grew up playing football, hockey, and basketball my whole life up until my varsity years in high school. I still play adult league hockey as well as pick up football and basketball during my free time to keep active with my favorite sports. OTF is a great way for me to supplement lifting free weights at the university gym for more cardio.

Fun fact: During the summer of 2014, I cycled across country from Seattle, WA to Washington D.C. with 23 brothers of my fraternity (Pi Kappa Phi) to raise money and awareness for people living with physical and developmental disabilities. During the 4,200-mile trek, we would take time each day to stop in a different town or city to organize functions and events for local organizations that were constructed for individuals with disabilities.
